These oysters are cultivated in suspended cages located at the entrance of Hood Canal, where they grow in approximately 60 feet of chilly, fast-moving water. The oysters are not only surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, but they are also grown within Washington's first and foremost sustainable kelp farms. The result is a delectable delicacy that reflects the pristine environment in which it's cultivated.
